6 things marriage will surely bring into the life of a girl...

Life is a bed of beautiful roses, but, roses come with thorns…
The above quote explains the way life treats us. From the time of birth till death, life of an individual can be divided into five stages like the childhood; the most innocent and the playful period, adolescence; most energetic stage, early adulthood and middle age; most complicated and responsible stage and finally the old age; filled with experience and wisdom.

Among all these stages, early adulthood stands out as one is introduced to a new family and of course a new world through a simple yet most powerful bonding called the “Marriage,” which can be regarded as a crucial happening of life.
And for a girl in India, a knot can change the whole scenario of her life in a jiff. Here are six things, which marriage will bring in to the life of a girl...

  • The art of homemaking: If you are in a nuclear family or with your in-laws, it is always essential for an individual to know the basics of home making. This is because things like cooking, managing the household, cleaning and maintaining the house becomes the utmost duties of a girl after marriage

  • Choose --- Balance both Career & Family: Marriage comes with few extra responsibilities and new relations. Life after marriage surely differs, for instance; those days where you simply wait at the table for your mum's lip smacking meal after the day's work disappearsThe focus slowly shifts from career to family, simply to satisfy your new relations. But one should remain strong to balance both as both career and family remain equally crucial.
  • Diplomatic behaviour: One should remember that we cannot please everybody, but at the same time we do not need to hurt them either.  May be as a girl one may not diplomatic before marriage, but the bond will bring in the diplomacy burried deep inside. This is because one need not like every thing happening around them. But saying a no at the in-laws is never easy and hurting their feelings is also unfair.
  • Courage and Mental Strength: One should have enough courage to speak their heart but more mental strength to accept the consequences that follow. And this becomes more than a task after marriage, as issues at in-laws are delicate than they generally are. So marriage will make a girl get the courage and enough mental strength to accept and live through diverse situations of life.
  • Rejections and Harsh Criticisms: Well, getting married for a girl in India is actually openly welcoming the rejections, the negative talks and harsh criticisms upon them and also their loved ones. This just happens due to some difference in opinions as people and their mindset need not be the same. But marriage is all about adjustment and understanding. So simply take up every thing that comes in your way with a smile.
  • A thought to stay finiancially independent: This is pretty imperative thought for a girl after marriage. Remaining financially independent will help a girl help her parents and her husband without much difficulty. It will also offer a boost to their self confidence. And most crucially one can skip the feeling of embarrassment of asking her husband to pay for his gift on his special day.
If you are married and a woman then you would have experienced at least some of these. If you are getting ready to tie the knot, then getting familiar with these facts will help you live better. After all, marriage is not just two people, but two families and it is the responsibility of every person invoved to keep others happy for a peaceful living. One can not play with the emotional bondings of others but simply adjust and move on...
